Fairly clean hotel, loved to be very close to a restaurant, pubs and the outskirts of Waterford City thanks to perfect location. The room was airy, bright with a huge bathroom.

We loved lobby, it was comfortable. Everyone was absolutely courteous as well as owner. Freshly renovated, surprisingly spacious room with a great breakfast, comfortable beds.

Staff was responsive and continental breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, tea/coffee and cell. There were scenic river views, I loved it. They made my stay warm.
